How do I care for my silk and handloom sarees?
To preserve the longevity of your saree, we recommend dry cleaning only. Store your sarees in a cool, dry place wrapped in soft muslin cloth, and avoid using plastic covers or direct sunlight for extended periods.
How long does shipping usually take?
Domestic orders within India typically arrive within 5-7 business days. For international shipping, please allow 10-15 business days depending on your location and customs processing times.
Do you offer blouse stitching and fall/pico services?
Yes, we provide custom blouse stitching and fall/pico services for an additional fee. You can select these options on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that customized items, such as those with stitched blouses or fall/pico, are not eligible for return.
Are the colors shown on the website accurate?
We strive to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to different screen resolutions and lighting during photography, there might be a slight variation of 5-10% in the actual color.
