At Unique Threads Sarees, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your saree doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery as long as it remains in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the saree you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the saree is folded neatly with all original tags attached, including the blouse piece if it was unstitched, and place it back in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will reach out to schedule a convenient pickup time from your registered delivery address.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the saree passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
